At Folk & Bloom, we carefully produce and ship your wallpapers with attention to quality and detail. Below you will find all information regarding production times, shipping, returns, and what to do if something is not correct with your order.


Shipping

Production Time

All wallpapers are made to order to ensure fresh, high-quality prints.

  • Standard wallpaper rolls: Ships in 1-2 weeks. In a rush? Please send us an e-mail so we can create an express order. 

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipments may experience additional customs fees or longer delivery times. The additional customs fees are the customers responsibility and non-refundable.

Free shipping from € 500,-

European Union

3-7 working days 
From € 7,50 for small packages, € 13,50 for medium packages and € 17,50 for large and heavy packages

United Kingdom

Worldwide

7-21 working days
From € 17,50, Large orders will get a custom quote for the shipment. 






Returns and Refunds

Wallpaper

All wallpaper is produced specifically for you and cannot be returned. We recommend ordering a sample to see and feel the materials and colors. 
Please carefully check your wall measurements, and the amount required before placing your order. Due to custom production, there might be slight color differences between prints, so make sure you order enough wallpaper. A new paint-bath is created for every new print. Contact us if you need help.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos. We will resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or offering another solution.
